With a degree in engineering and chemistry, I learned to think analytically, solve problems step by step, and pay close attention to detail. In labs, every variable mattered and I carry that same mindset into design.
Moving to the U.S. with very basic English was my most profound lesson in design. I experienced firsthand what it’s like to face barriers and crave clarity. That experience shaped how I design. I focus on making things simple, accessible, and easy to use because I know what it feels like to be on the other side, struggling to understand.
I start by getting to know the people who will use what I create, sharing drafts early, and refining quickly with feedback. For me, good design isn’t just about how it looks. It should save time, cut friction, and make everyday tasks easier.
